How to Track Your Order

To check your shipment:

Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

Tracking Number Not Received

Check your inbox and spam folder for the shipping confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number.

Tracking Has Not Updated

If tracking information has not changed for 5 business days, email us. We will check the available shipment information with HuaHan Logistics.

Package Is Delayed

Delivery normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within this period, contact us for assistance with a shipment investigation.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Check your mailbox, front door, building reception, and with household members or neighbors. If the parcel is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We can only request an address correction before dispatch, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
